R E P A I R ~ We
service all manufactures of PC compatible computer systems, and
peripherals. Service department hours are Monday through Friday,
9AM to 5PM. Depot repairs may be dropped off weekdays between
9AM and 7PM, and weekends until 5PM. Our service department is
on call seven days a week. 24 hour service is available in the
event of emergency. U P G R A D E S ~ Cape Setups is fully equipped to offer component upgrades. We only use the finest parts available. Cape Setups maintains a large stock of modems, memory chips, network interface cards and other peripherals. P R O C E D U R E ~ Cape Setups offers both on-site and depot repair. Every repair is done in a first come, first served manner. Every attempt is made to complete each repair within 48 hours. Some repairs will require an additional period of time in the case of backordered parts or intermittent problems. We ask that you make a complete backup of your data if possible before you bring your machine in for repair. While we make every effort to safeguard the integrity of customer data, Cape Setups will not be responsible in the event of data loss. R A T E S ~ For all on-site repairs, there is a travel fee of $45.00 and a minimum of one hour labor charge. On-site labor is billed at $110.00 per hour and is billed by the hour. In-shop labor is billed hourly at $90.00 per hour and is prorated to actual time worked in increments of 15 minutes. There is a minimum in-shop labor charge of $45.00. W A R R A N T Y ~ All repair parts provided by Cape Setups carry a one year warranty. All labor is warranted for a period of 90 days. Customer satisfaction is always guaranteed.
